Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

 

Shipments are processed Tuesday thru Friday excluding holidays. An unusually high volume of orders may result in delayed shipping. If this happens you will be notified via email with an updated ETA for your order.

Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders of $150 or more.

 

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the continental United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to post office boxes. For security purposes, all orders will require a signature upon receipt.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders placed, Tuesday – Friday. Sunday and Holiday delivery is not available.

 

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

 

Ground Shipping, under $150: $20, please allow up to 7 business days.

2nd Day Shipping: $ 30

Next Day Delivery: $ 45

Sales tax and engraving do not count towards the total dollar amount for shipping fees.

 

Sales tax will be added for Louisiana residents at 9.45%.

Items shipped outside of the state of Louisiana are not subject to sales tax.

Website shipping charges may not always be accurate and are subject to change without notice. Online free shipping promotions are not available to in-store purchases.

Damages

Chalmette Jewelry, Sports Optics and Sporting Goods Center, LLC and Carats4u are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns Policy

We accept merchandise for refund within ten days of purchase if the product is in the original unopened packaging and is not damaged in any way. The cost of any alterations to merchandise returned for refund will be deducted from the refunded amount and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

We will give store credit for merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days of purchase, all sales are final.

Merchandise returned for refund or store credit must be returned in the same condition as received.

​

There are No Refunds or returns on special orders or custom make-up work.

Layaway Refund:

Refunds on merchandise in layaway will only be given as store credit.
